Q: What’s new in the new My Level Up!?
A: My Level Up! is now more safe and protected with the new Secure Email Validation feature.

Q: What’s the Secure Email Validation feature?
A: My Level Up! will now require you to have a validated email address (for existing myLU! accounts, this will be the email you have provided and saved before under My Profile.) Validating is as easy as clicking the link provided to you in the email from My Level Up!, sent within 5 minutes of logging in for the first time from Jan. 31st, 2011.

Q: What if I’ve already forgotten my registered email?
A: My Level Up! has provided the secure Change Email option on the new login page, so you can change your registered email address by manually providing a number of required profile details. You can also file a ticket at http://support.levelupgames.ph for additional support.

Q: What does my validated registered email address do for me?
A: My Level Up! will now send messages only to your validated email address regarding Change Password, Change Secret Question/Answer, and other account-detail-related info.

 

General:

Q: What is My Level Up?
A: My Level Up! is the system that allows you to manage your Level Up! game accounts and load-up game time and currency, and accumulate special “Rewards” points redeemable for free in-game item prizes.

Q: Do I need to register to use the service?
A: Yes. All users need to “Register”, or create an account for My Level Up! and our Level Up! games. You can do this by clicking REGISTER NOW! On the login page.

Q: Do I need to register a My Level Up! account for each game?
A: No. Your registration to My Level Up! will serve as your main profile or account to the following services:

  • Game Manager
  • Load Up! (Top Up)
  • Private Messaging

 

You can then create individual accounts for your desired games or link your existing game accounts.

Q: How many characters are allowed for the My Level Up! username and password?
A. You can use up to 12 characters but not less than 6 characters.

Q: Which characters are allowed for My Level Up! username and password? Are ASCII characters allowed?
A. You can only use alpha-numeric characters. ASCII characters are not allowed. No symbols and/or spaces.

Q: I’ve finished filling up the form and pressed CREATE. It says that I have to validate my registered email. How do I do this?
A. Check your email address (the one that you entered in registration) and open the email from My Level Up! Click the validation link shown there, and then you’re done!

Q: Where do I change My Level Up! Password, email address and secret question?
A: You can change all these in the My Profile section (clickable in the navbar).

Q: If I forget my account details, such as the password, email address, and secret question and answer, will I still be able to recover them?
A: Various automated account detail recovery systems are provided by Level Up! Customer Support on the login page of My Level Up! You can also file a ticket at http://support.levelupgames.ph for additional support.

Q: Where do I change my Customer Support Password?
A: You can change your Customer Support Password by logging on to http://support.levelupgames.ph. By default, your initial Customer Support Password is you’re My Level Up! password.

Load Up! Credits and Reward Points

Q: When will my KOS - Armory Points expire?
A: Your Armory Points will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my GC - Cash Points expire?
A: Your Cash Points will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my Rohan Points (RP) expire?
A: Your Rohan Points will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my RO - RoK Points expire?
A: Your RoK Points will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my RF - Galactic Credits expire?
A: Your Galactic Credits will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my PW - Gold expire?
A: Your Gold will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my FL - Coupons expire?
A: Your Coupons will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my AO - Perrah expire?
A: Your Perrah will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: When will my CK - Cash Points expire?
A: Your Cash Points will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: What is the conversion of top up value to Load Up! credits?
A: 1 Peso top up value is equivalent to 1 Load Up! credit.

Q: Can I stack or accumulate my Load Up! credits?
A: Yes. Load Up! credits can stack as long as they are not yet assigned to a specific game.

Q: When will my Load Up! credits expire?
A: Your Load Up! credits expire 60 days from the last top up date.

Q: How do I keep track of my transactions for Load Up! credits?
A: You can view it in "Credits History".

Q: Can I still transfer my Load Up! credits after I have assigned them to a game?
A: No. Once you have assigned them, you can not transfer them to another game.

Level Up! Global Games (LU/GG)

Q: What is Level Up! Global Games (LU/GG)?
A: Level Up! Global Games (LU/GG) is the Philippines’ premier portal for globally-serviced online games. Through LU/GG’s service, players will be able to use myLevelUp and Level Up! top-up credits to pay for selected international online games partnered with Level Up! My Game Manager

Q: What is My Game Manager?
A: My Game Manager allows you to link your existing Level Up! game accounts, create new game accounts and change your passwords.

Q: How do I create a new game account?
A: To sign up for a new game account, go to "Create Game Account".

Q: How do I link existing game accounts?
A: Go to "Link Game Accounts".

Q: How do I edit my game accounts?
A: Go to "Edit Game Accounts". Here you can change passwords, unlink game accounts and filter game accounts.
Q: If I unlink a game account, does it get deleted?
A: No. Unlinking your game account only removes it from your My Level Up! account. It does not delete your game account.

Private Messaging

Q: What is Private Messaging?
A: The My Level Up! Private Messaging system allows you to receive secure messages from Level Up!, accessible by clicking Inbox under My Game Manager in the navbar.

Q: Can I use Private Messaging to send messages?
A: No. Private Messaging is not an email service. You can only receive messages from Level Up!

Virtual Key board

Q: What is the virtual keyboard?
A: One of the most common security threats is from malicious software called “keyloggers” that record your keystrokes and sends them back to the account hacker. By having a virtual keyboard where you enter your password with your mouse instead of punching it in with a keyboard, you eliminate the chance that a keylogger will obtain your user information.

Q: Do we need to use the virtual keyboard when inputting the username and password?
A: No, use of the virtual keyboard is optional, but is very recommended.

Q: What are the advantages of using the virtual keyboard?
A: The Virtual Keyboard will be an additional tool to increase the security of your logon credentials and will help protect users from the risk of key loggers as well as the screen capturing virus that might have been installed onto computers used to login to the accounts.

Q: When does the virtual keyboard appear?
A: It only appears when you click the keyboard image beside the password field in the My Level Up! login page, or change focus to the password field.

Q: The keys on the screen keyboard are too small. Can I make them larger?
A: No.
